Boundary SURVEYSAn accurate boundary survey is essential to the success of any project. The process involved in performing this type of survey is defined in CMR 250 6.01. Buildings and other site improvements are designed to meet local setback requirements, all of which are based on the surveyor's boundary survey. Included with a boundary survey is extensive research to discover and delineate any easements or restrictions affecting a site.
