AS-BUILT SURVEYS

The as-built process is utilized by cities, towns, state departments, private developers, contractors and others to document the site conditions after a project has been completed.  The information mapped on the surveyor’s as-built plan is often integrated into an existing GIS and can be utilized for future projects.  Welch performs the following As-Built surveys:
